Be Someone Special....

Optimal Hospice is searching for caring  people who would be interested in offering compassion and friendship to families in the Bakersfield area.

Patient/Family Support Volunteers-offer caregivers a few hours of personal time.

Companionship Volunteers- visit care facilities.

Bereavement Care Volunteers-offer support for those going through the grief process.

Specialty Volunteers- offer talents they may have such as: music, haircuts, massage,manicures, sewing gowns,,lap blankets, etc.

We will be holding our Volunteer Orientation training On the first Wednesday of each month from 10am until 2pm.
