My husband and I are moving to Bakersfield along with our three kids. We don't know any one from there and are just wondering what areas are good clean and have excellent schools. Can any one give us a few pointers as to where to start looking for a house? Thanks in advance, Tamika

Tamika there are some really nice schools all over Bakersfield it really just depends on the amount of rent you want to pay or the price of the home you are buying which will directly indicate the area of town you can afford. Genrally the NW or SW areas of town have really good scools. The NE part of town has a couple of great elementary schools. If you could be alittle more specific (childrens ages, home/rent)I think I could help you with your choice a bit more. Or if you have any other questions about Bakersfield I'm confident I can help point you in the right direction. Have a Great one! Troy
