Provides free civil legal advice and counsel on a wide variety of landlord-tenant disputes for low-income clients and seniors over the age of 60 who meet federal guidelines. Nonprofit membership organization of minority construction and building trade companies offers a variety of services. Association produces a news bulletin and a daily posting of project bids.

The NEEDS Center: 110 Asher St., Taft, 763-4888. Provides food, rental and utility payment assistance.
