Title: Customer Care Senior Assistant

Locations: Bakersfield, CA

ACS (www.acs-inc.com) is seeking Full Time & Part Time Customer Care Senior Assistants based in Bakersfield, CA. We're looking for individuals who are interested in long-range career growth. The work environment is structured, fast-paced, high-energy & professional. Successful candidates will be given a minimum of 4 weeks of class room and on the job paid training to gain the necessary skills to make you a valuable asset to our organization.

The individuals in this role will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone in regards to student loans.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

excellent customer service skills
high school diploma or equivalent
general PC knowledge
clean criminal background

Demonstrated strengths in phone etiquette & overall customer service.

Previous experience in a call center is a plus. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.

General Information

Full time hours – 9am to 5:30pm M-F (after training, day off during the week & work Sat., 6am to 2:30pm). Always off on Sunday!

Part time hours – 5pm to 9pm M-F, off on Sat., & Sun for the first 2 weeks. The third week the schedule will be 5pm to 9pm T-F and Sat., 10:30am to 2:30pm (Will work with school schedules based on business need)

Pay – positions start at $9.00 per hour with benefits for full time. Potential to earn up to $18 per hour.

State Farm is also headquartered here and that may be another good company to check into.

Hi there- My son, a pilot, and his family live in Bakersfield and will be moving to LA in August to be closer to LAX.

Recommend that you call Point Loma University , as my daughter-in-law has worked there for years as a Customer Service FInancial Analyist and she will be transferring to another campus in the LA area.

They also have a beautiful home for rent in Bakersfield. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2050 square feet, built in 2005, great back yard.
