What Causes Bad Moods?

Did you know that the lack of a nutrient can actually cause bad moods? When you feel anxious, grumpy or moody, don't blame it on your spouse, your boyfriend or girlfriend or the kids, maybe all you need is to supplement your daily diet with Selenium.  Studies show low levels of selenium causes irritability, anxiety and moodiness.

Try a mi-afternoon snack with a combination of sunflower seeds and Brazil nuts with raisins and almonds on a regular basis. It works!

Hello Windy: You are right. I am new to blogging myself and I too wonder what's the purpose of it, really when people are so shy to follow up with a comment of their own.

Hey, I was checking out your posts and it looks to me like no one has responded? Am I right or am I missing something as usual?
